What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping via USPS anywhere in the United States for orders $15 and above!
At this time, our website is set up to ship within the U.S. only — however, we’re happy to accommodate international orders on a case-by-case basis! If you're outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, please reach out to us directly so we can calculate shipping costs and coordinate with you in advance!

What is your return / refund policy?
Returns and Refunds Policy
At Bunny Lemons, each item is handcrafted with care to ensure it meets our high-quality standards. Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds, including for shipping damages, as all sales are final.
However, if we made an error and sent you an incorrect product, we sincerely apologize and will promptly correct it. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work to make it right.

How long does it take to receive my product?
If you ordered a product that is in stock, the shipping typically takes 5-8 business days to arrive or 10 business days for Hawaii / Alaska region.
If you ordered a phone case or an iPad case, which is made to order and dependent on supplies in stock, it may take as long as an additional 3-4 weeks for production before shipping.

How much does your product weigh? Is it heavy?
Our card holders typically range from 30g - 50g, depending on the amount of embellishments on it. Naturally, more complicated designs tend to be heavier!
Our badge reels weigh about 23g each.
Our phone cases weigh about 70g - 80g each.
Our desk mirrors weight about 230g each.
Our phone stands weigh about 80g - 120g each.
Our iPad / tablet cases varies depending on the model!
Our keychains weigh about 30g each.
They're made with a sturdy 5cm acrylic base in diameter with a thickness of 5mm
What if the product I want is out of stock?
If the product you want is out of stock, please use the 'Contact Us' section to give us a nudge to start producing it again! We’ll do our best to notify you via email once your desired design is back in stock. Don’t worry—we value your inbox as much as you do and promise never to send spam or marketing emails!
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we’re delighted to offer custom orders! If you have a specific design or theme in mind, feel free to reach out—we’d love to bring your vision to life.
Please reach out to us via the Contact Us section or DMs and leave a message regarding your design! We will be sure to get back to you within 1-2 bussiness days.
However, please note that there may be limitations regarding specific resin availabilities and shipping delays due to materials sourced from abroad. Additionally, custom orders are priced slightly higher based on the intricacies of the requested design. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to creating something special for you!

- Please note that all products are handmade with care and creativity, which means no two items are exactly alike! The photos shown on our website are examples, and while your order will be similar in design and style, variations occur. These small differences make each piece truly one-of-a-kind!
- We carefully package all products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds at this time. Please double-check your order details before checking out to ensure accuracy. However, if you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the item received. We will gladly send a replacement for the correct product.
